Get ready to relax and take in all the island has to offer. This spacious 6 bedroom is within a short walk to the state park, beach, golf course, restaurant, bar, golf cart rental, carry out and more!! The house currently has a vintage feel with two bathroom. Upstairs shower is currently under renovation but toilet and sink are functional. Driveway can easily fit up to 3 fishing rigs with outdoor electric. Closest house to the public boat ramp and a fish cleaning station coming spring of 2023.
The Hula Popper Top Floor Apartment
Newly remodeled apartment on the one and only PIB. Sleeps a max of 4 people with 1 bathroom. Shared fire pit in a secluded yard next to the golf course. State park and Joes Bar are with in walking distance.
